Our Manifesto
Our approach is circular: we work fabrics already produced, tested, rehearsed, of premium Italian manufacturers close to home, without ordering new ones, as does the classic fashion industry. Some are made from old looms, others have natural dyes. The production is handcrafted in the north east of Venice, Italy. We work with the lowest possible environmental impact. we build simple, comfortable garments so that they can be used as long as possible. From a textile test that we like, we get a few items, sometimes unique pieces.

Sustainability
Made in Italy
Mecanico is a artisan production. We are in the north east in Italy, Venice area.
We transform textile samples and tests in an artisanal way. We buy from producers close to us. From the textile tests we obtain small series or unique garments. We almost always wash the fabrics first.
Some are produced from old looms.
Washable at home
Mecanico is attentive to the quality of the dyes. Some are natural. Where possible, we wash the fabrics before the tailoring. Clothes can be washed at home, no need to go to professional laundries
Unique pieces
From a textile test, few garments are made, sometimes unique garments. The clothes are comfortable and not attached to the body. The fit is simple, the fabrics are premium Italian.
